I almost got killed as the hotel is located at a location which is considered a dangerous area. I was mislead to believe that it was a city city centre hotel. I would like to complaint and want my money back for the trauma I experienced. A proper and clear...

I was there as a family member for special olympics. I loved the rooftop pool to relax in after the day's events at oaka. The room was comfortable and cool and very clean. I booked at novotel because I stayed there 2 years ago on my way to SANTORINI.My only...

We had such a refreshing stay, especially enjoying the rooftop pool at the end of a long day. The lavish common areas were a good contrast to the unique neighborhood vibe. Don't miss trying the authentic pizza from across the street!

The rooftop bar/restaurant/pool was amazing and when not out and about exploring Athens, we were up by the pool with cocktails and using the sun loungers!
The prices of the cocktails! Quite expensive indeed- more than at most cocktail bars in London- as a result, we did not spend as much on cocktails as we might have done, had they been cheaper.

Small room, wasn't clean when we arrived, trash on bedroom floor. Extremely tight walk ways around bed, no where to put luggage. Front desk staff was less than helpful, didn't include breakfast even though we called and asked due to a mistake in our booking. no screens on windows and no Air Conditioning even though the room was boiling hot. told us to open our window, then we had to shoo pigeons away all day and night to prevent them from coming into the room to eat our food. no free internet in room and only 20 minutes free internet in lobby. pool was under construction supposedly but there were no signs of it. we still couldn't use it. they didn't make any notes to that effect on the booking page (could have listed seasonal dates at least).

Handy location about ten minutes by foot from underground station. Neighbourhood not as bad as some would have you believe.
Breakfast very expensive for what you get.

missingWrote a review on 02 Octdisappointing view
The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to manage the overflowing pool area, which quickly became chaotic with kids running and splashing everywhere. Instead of a relaxing family getaway, I felt more like a babysitter in a crowded play area. The promised view of the Acropolis was disappointing as we were greeted with a sight of a dilapidated building instead.

This hotel has a very good restaurant at the top with a very good view on Athens and a beautiful swimming pool. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Prices are attractive
However, this hotel is located in a very bad area with dealers and prostitution in the streets all around the hotel. Our recommendation is to arrive during the day and not at night.

It is a nice hotel, with a good staff, two perfect restaurants, a very pleasant rooftop swimming pool with a bar, rooms are large, clean and well furnished, the inside of the hotel is almost perfect!
The location is horrible. It is in the middle of an extremely bad neighborhood, and during our stay we came across several drug-addicts lying on the street, homeless people, prostitutes. When talking to police officers, they told us to be very careful around there because it was a very dangerous place to walk.
